This Sunday school class is a group of mature adults who gather for spirited discussions about Biblical passages on Sunday mornings at 9:30am. We utilize the "Upper Room" curriculum. Find us beside the main office.
An ever-evolving small group
Hosted on Monday afternoons at the home of one of our members, these ladies meet to discuss “The Promise of Heaven” by Dr. David Jeremiah. To join, please contact the office for the current meeting location.
*If schools are closed due to inclement weather, this group will NOT meet.*


Each month, a group of dedicated readers meet to discuss a current, relevant book. February’s title is “The Frozen River" by Ariel Lawhon. New and existing members will be welcomed on February 10th at 3:30pm.

Fellowship between men in Christ is vital to the health of a community. Therefore, the men of Mt Tabor meet for the nourishment of both breakfast and conversation once a month. Men of all ages are welcome!


We are women with a purpose called by God to assist and advocate for others, especially in the local and world communities of women/children/youth.
Our purpose is to connect and nurture through the Christian Community of: Faith; Leadership; Spiritual Education/Growth; and Fellowship. We Inspire, Impact and Influence through Compassionate Service and Advocating for others in need.
We financially support many E.C. Community/ School projects as well as non-profit organizations in Stark County and World Missions.
We meet the Fourth Wednesday of the month January - October @ 12:00 noon at the church
Have you ever wanted to discuss your faith while enjoying a good meal? This group of fun-loving adults meet at Loby’s on, Cleveland Avenue on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:30PM to enjoy a meal and a lively discussion about a Biblical topic. No reservations necessary. (Please note: Attendees are responsible for their own dining expenses.)

Creators of all types of fiber arts are invited to participate in our Prayer Shawl and quilting ministries. Prayer shawl makers meet on the first Friday of every month for knitting, crochet, and fellowship. Quilters meet every Thursday on the 3rd floor to make quilts that are donated to various area ministries. No experience necessary!
